- What is the weight limit for the pet stairs? Our stairs are designed to be sturdy and safe. Most models can support pets up to 50-60 lbs (approx. 22-27 kg). Please check the specific "Product Specifications" on the item page for exact limits.
- Are the covers washable? Yes! We know paws can get muddy. Most of our pet stairs come with a removable, machine-washable cover. simply unzip, wash on cold, and air dry.
- What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to Singapore Dollars (SGD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
- How long does shipping to Singapore take? Since we ship larger items internationally from the USA, typical delivery takes 7 to 13 business days. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
- My item arrived damaged, what do I do? Please do not return a damaged large item immediately. Simply take a photo of the damage and the packaging, then email it to support@jomaro.shop. We will send a free replacement or offer a refund immediately.
